SMS/MMS/Texting Terms of Service

The Guest House provides optional SMS/MMS texting Service to allow our Patients and interested parties to communicate quickly and directly with us. Here are the Terms of Service for use:

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
2. The Guest House will NEVER provide your phone number to any 3rd Party without your express consent.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly by calling us: (855) 483-7800.
4. You should NEVER SEND Personally Idenifiable Information (ex. Social Security Number, Date of Birth, etc). Refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Neither we nor any Carrier are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. These Services should never be used in an emergency. Please dial 911.
7. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your Carrier.
